Hold staff + gym leaders to a higher standard

Staff should not say things were fixed when they were not.
Staff should not lie and say they were present during vote parties as an "excuse" to get a legendary, especially after everyone else waited half a hour for the spawn.
Staff should not be immature when faced with complaints.
Gym Leaders should not bully people for their tactics after a challenge.
I would really appreciate if gym leaders and staff were actually held to a higher standard. Staff are supposed to be here to help. It is not fair that staff get 90% of VP spawns because they "can't control who it spawns on". This behavior as well as behavior from specific gym leaders has me very discouraged from playing, and I'm beginning to regret spending so much on the Realm I play on.

There are rather simple solutions to this, assuming it isn't something the admins are lying to us about. It is very possible to generate a number of all the non-staff online, teleport to that player, and seeing if something can spawn there, then spawning it if so.

And before staff come at my throat yelling at me about using a throwaway or not using my IGN. Think about that. There is a reason people don't feel safe attaching their username to complaints. You are inconsistent, some people get banned for sending in well-intended complaints but others can insult people in-game and get away with it without as much as a warning.

I just want to say first of all thank you for expressing your concerns and frustrations. I understand that not everyone enjoys hearing negative feedback, but it’s good to express how you’re feeling so we can see what we’re able to do to improve for the better of the community.



I’ll try to address as much of your concerns as possible. Starting with legendary spawns, a lot of the staff are still players as well. The reason they started staffing was because they enjoyed the game, and that did cause a majority of the staff to have bought the PixelGod rank. I assume you know that the rank increases spawn chances, and that could be why it seems staff get a lot of legends. It would be unfair to the staff who also enjoy playing to exclude them from legendary spawns and vote parties, because ultimately that would take the fun out of the game. I know I’ve been frustrated before waiting 7+ hours, camping different biomes per the time in game just to have it spawn on someone who just joined 10 minutes ago. It is frustrating, but unfortunately that is just how the game goes.



As far as issues with gym leaders and staff, you are more than welcome to make an official complaint and submit as much evidence as you like so we can get that addressed asap. I personally want everyone to feel like the server is an escape from reality and just a place to wind down. I also want everyone to feel safe to share their opinions in a constructive manner just like you did, albeit on an alt.
